“Taisen Hot Gimmick 4 Ever” is the fourth game in the Hot Gimmick series and features three game modes.
The ‘Punishment Mode’ includes ten beautiful opponents (plus three hidden opponents) for the player to punish after losing in Mahjong.
After winning three rounds against an opponent or exhausting all of their funds, the player is given the option to ‘punish’ the opponent. Each girl includes two punishment scenes, from which the player can only choose one to view. When displayed, the player must repeatedly press the A button to advance the animation sequence to show more nudity.
After defeating (or continuing from) an opponent, the player can purchase cheat items to use against the next opponent.
The game ends when the player runs out of all betting funds.
The game also features a ‘Mahjong Detective Mode’ for one player and a ‘Jan-God vs. Jan-Devil Mode’ for two players.
