You start with post-apocalyptic levels in 2029, then jump back to the streets of Los Angeles. There are only 10 levels. You have weapons, including a fast-firing gun with infinite cartridges and a limited supply of grenades. There are bonuses (grenades, first aid kits, etc.) in the levels, and you can watch videos between levels, although the quality is not suitable for the Sega CD.
