Players take control of one of two warring nations, the Red Star and the Blue Moon, trying to establish turn-based dominance over each other. After choosing which stage the game will start in and setting it so that in both cases the player will be controlled by one person, the first turn is given to the Red Star army. The objective in each stage is either to conquer the enemy’s headquarters or to eliminate all remaining enemy units in one go. In each turn, the player is given a specific amount of funds that can be used to build units in their factories, ports, and airports, as well as in cities close to their headquarters. Each unit has its own specialties and capabilities, including ten land units (including two infantry units), four air units, and two naval units. Some units use firepower against the enemy while others provide support to allies. Only infantry units can conquer cities. They are used to repair damaged units or refuel and to earn more money. At the beginning of the game, while playing against the computer, there are 15 maps available depending on the player’s chosen country, along with two secret maps that can be completed.
